For City Church Academy Families, we accept payments in cash, check, and credit cards. We're also proud to offer affordable financing through CareCredit and Sunbit.

ADULT PLAN

City Church Academy Adult Member Price $49/month ($495 per year for annual renewal).

The Adult Membership Plan includes:

  • 1 routine cleaning every 6 months

  • Flouride treatment with cleaning

  • Regular exam with cleaning

  • Oral cancer screening with cleaning

  • 1 set of routine X-rays per year

  • 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year

  • Up to 15% off addition treatment 

CHILD PLAN

City Church Academy Child Member Price $39/month ($395 per year for annual renewal).

The Child Membership Plan includes:

  • 1 routine cleaning every 6 months

  • Flouride treatment with cleaning

  • Regular exam with cleaning

  • Oral cancer screening with cleaning

  • 1 set of routine X-rays per year

  • 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year

PERIODONTAL MAINTENANCE PLAN

City Church Academy Member Price $79/month ($795 per year for annual renewal).

  • 1 periodontal cleaning every 6 months

  • Flouride treatment with every other cleaning

  • 2 Regular exams per year

  • Oral cancer screening with cleaning

  • 1 set of routine X-rays per year

  • 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year

  • Up to 15% off addition treatment
